Quick Guide: How to Initiate A Return

At Admired Recreation we make sure that you are informed in every step and status of shipping and delivery process. Follow the steps below for more details:

STEP 1. Log-in to your Account

- To view the full historical status of your order, please log-in to your account.
- Click the "Account" button at the upper right-hand corner of the page, a log-in code will be sent to your account email address, use such code to access our Customer Center.




STEP 2. Initiate A Return Request

- To initiate a return, please click on "Initiate a Return Button" and you will be redirected to the initiate a request form.



Note: For customers without account, you can initiate a return request by accomplishing our Initiate A Return Request Form whose link is located at the heading and footer menu of our website.



STEP 3. Accomplish all required Details in the Returns Form

- Several information are required in initiating a return request. Make sure to check the correctness of these information before submitting a request.


STEP 3. Success, you have requested a return

- Once you click "Submit Request", a confirmation message will appear acknowledging a request for a return. Please stay in touch in your email address or phone for us to confirm and approve your request. 


- Once approved, our team will provide return instructions and a return address. You can check on the status via email and via your Customer Center.


NOTES:

  • Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return. Please wait for our Return Request Confirmation Email, if your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-ADMIRED RECREATION products.
  • You may check order status of your return request in "Orders" in Customer Center, after logging in your account on our site.
  • Make sure to align your expectations with our Returns & Refund Policy.
