Returns and Refund Policy
We hope that you get the best value-for-quality products with your every purchase, but in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made sure to make the Returns easy for you:
SECTION 1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
- The item was not marked as final sale or non-returnable.
- A proof of purchase is presented and validated.
Once return is approved, please make sure the package is returned in the original packaging.
SECTION 2. DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra cost!
- Please contact us immediately upon receiving the item.
- Send clear photos or videos of the issue to our support team.
- We will arrange for a replacement, partial refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
Note: Please get in touch with us so that, if the situation requires it, we can send the return label via email. You just need to the download and print the label.
SECTION 3. EXCEPTIONS/NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
To ensure safety & quality, some items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged by the customer.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Custom-made products (such as personalized or special orders)
- Products that come in sealed packaging (e.g., VR gaming accessories) that have been opened.
Additionally, gift cards are also non-returnable.
SECTION 4. EXCHANGES
We do accept exchange provided; the returned item passes the eligibility criteria enumerated in Section 1. You can track the status of the eligibility approval on the Customer Center and via email.
Once the returned item passes the eligibility criteria, you can place a new order for the replacement item in lieu of a refund.
Note: The shipping incurred in initiating a return/ in sending the package to the return label, is non-refundable UNLESS the return is defective, incorrect and any error originating from us.
SECTION 5. RESTOCKING FEE
We charge 25% restocking fee for all returned items.
SECTION 6. INITIATING A RETURN
In general, you can initiate a return in three ways: (1) By contacting us via email orders@admiredrecreation.com or (2) By mail to 74 E Glenwood Ave., Smyrna, DE 19977, USA, or (3) By accomplishing our Initiate A Return Request Form.

If your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

SECTION 7. REFUNDS
We will inform you once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we will assess if the returned item has passed the eligibility criteria in Section 1. And then, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

- If there is an issue with your return, please contact Customer Support within 90 days from the date your order was placed.
- Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return. Please wait for our Return Request Confirmation Email, if your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-ADMIRED RECREATION products.
- You may check order status of your return request in "Orders" in Customer Center, after logging in your account on our site.
