Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please note, the cut-off time for order placement is Mon-Fri 05:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Times: Your order will arrive within 4 to 7 days on average.

Free Shipping: For orders over $200.

Flat Fee Shipping: For orders under $200, there is a $15 shipping fee.

Currently, we only ship within the Contiguous United States; international shipping is not available

Freight Shipments: Most orders are shipped via third-party freight carriers (18-wheeler trucks). If your order includes a freight-shipped item, we will contact you to schedule a curbside delivery. Be sure to include the correct phone number at checkout.

Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email, confirming that we’ve received your order and that your credit card was approved for purchase. Your card will not be charged until the item has shipped, unless it is on backorder, in which case we may hold the item for you.

Note: If you find that your package has not been delivered within the estimated time, please contact customer service within 45 days of the payment date so that the aforementioned issues can be addressed.

Please note that: 1) If the tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, or 2) Your package includes missing/incorrect items or other logistics issues, you should contact us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information page.
